Customer Service Excellence Facilitator
Lisa Harper is finishing her fourth year at the Blyth Festival as the Audience Services Manager and Volunteer Coordinator. Her previous position as the Information Manager for the Huron Business Development Corporation afforded her the opportunity to become a trained facilitator in OTEC’s Customer Service Excellence program. With a client centered approach, Lisa shares her customer service skills and experiences through this excellent program. Lisa lives in Blyth with her husband Keith and dog Reese.
