    Meet Our Board: Winona Bailey

    We are pleased to introduce Winona Bailey, one of our new Community Futures Huron volunteer board members for 2021/2022. Winona is the Retail Operations Manager and Creative Lead for five one nine prints & frames in Zurich, Ontario, Canada. Previously she was employed at the Hensall District Co-operative as the Public Relations & Brand Ambassador. In her own business, winonab.photography, aside from five one nine prints & frames, Winona offers website services, branding advisement, social media assistance, photography and videography. Winona graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Bioarchaeological Anthropology and Criminology with a minor in Classical Studies.     Meet our Board: Matt Cardiff

    Meet Matt Cardiff, Community Futures Huron volunteer board member. Matt is a purchaser at Molesworth Farm Supply, farms north of Brussels and also helps out with the family catering business. He graduated from the University of Guelph in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Agricultural Business. Matt is taking the opportunity during this 2nd lockdown to enjoy the adventure and many surprises of renovating an 1860s farmhouse with his fiancée Janelle.     Meet John Kiser, Community Futures Huron volunteer board member.  John has over 30 years of experience in the financial service industry.  Following a 25-year career in the banking sector John moved to the credit union system in 2012.  John has had the pleasure of working for Libro Credit Union ever since and has never looked back.  He holds a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education degree from Brock University and a Business Administration & Marketing diploma from Fanshawe College.  As a Commercial & Agriculture Relationship Manager at Libro Credit Union, John focuses on helping his member/owners achieve financial prosperity.     Board work is something that John takes pride in, including…

    Meet Our Board: Jan Hawley

    Meet Jan Hawley, CF Huron volunteer board member and treasurer. Following an extensive career in the private sector, Jan entered public service through the Huron County branch of Community Futures Ontario in 2007, leading to the appointment of Economic Development Officer for the Municipality of Huron East the following year. Keenly interested in heritage conservation and business development, Jan has long been an innovator and connector who believes in putting together the right team to achieve success.
