    In the News: Huron Honey

    From THE CITIZEN Aug. 20, 2020 — Huron Honey co-operative project continues to progress. Huron Honey, the community-student partnership spearheaded by Angela Smith in Central Huron, is going full steam ahead, having harvested its first batch of honey just last week. Smith and her crew of local young people were at the home farm of Central Huron Mayor and Huron County Warden Jim Ginn, where the bees have been housed since the project began, to harvest the honey last week.
